I. About Us

1. We are a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the deep processing of high-end powders, including silica powder, nano barium sulfate, glass powder, mica powder, kaolin and talc.
2. We have two production bases, complete with factories, warehouses, R&D laboratories, a high-end powder R&D center and an enterprise technology center.
3. Our team consists of about 50 highly educated young professionals (20+ in the Shenzhen office) in a friendly, mutually supportive atmosphere where everyone grows together.
4. Departments: General Office, R&D, Sales, Foreign Trade, Administration, Finance, Logistics, HR & Administration, and Manufacturing.
5. Promotion: Salesperson - Supervisor - Deputy Manager - Manager - Director (top performers can be promoted to manager within half a year).
6. Salary & benefits: RMB 15,000-30,000 (finalized after interview) + high commission + over-target bonus; annual income RMB 300,000-500,000; five insurances and housing fund from day one; alternating weekends off.
7. Working hours: 8:30-12:00 / 13:30-18:00, alternating weekends off.

II. Responsibilities

1. Develop new customers and maintain existing ones within your territory to meet sales targets.
2. Understand the company's products and market, and promptly report industry information and competitor situations.
3. Learn and master the company's product technology and communication methods to provide professional support to customers.
4. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

III. Requirements

1. Full-time associate degree or above; must be in a chemistry, materials or polymer related major.
2. Sales experience in chemical, coatings, ink, paint or adhesive industries is preferred.
3. Passionate about sales, proactive, self-motivated and team-oriented, with strong communication, coordination and stress-resistance skills.
4. Willing to travel; a driver's license is preferred.

III. Requirements

1. Full-time bachelor's degree. All three of the following conditions must be met — please do not apply if not.
2. Must have the above industry background and a degree in chemistry, materials or polymer.
3. 5+ years of sales management experience in upstream raw materials for coatings, ink, adhesives or plastics, with an established customer base.
4. Team management capability.

• Responsible, detail-oriented and stress-resilient, with strong learning and execution abilities and good communication & coordination skills.
• Willing to travel; a driver's license is preferred.
