I. Introduction

1. We are a National High-Tech Enterprise specializing in the deep processing of advanced powders, including silica powder, nano barium sulfate, glass powder, mica powder, kaolin, talc and more.
2. We operate two production bases, with plants, warehouses, R&D laboratories, an advanced powder R&D center and an enterprise technology center.
3. The company has a team of around 50 well-educated young professionals (20+ in our Shenzhen office), with a friendly, supportive culture where everyone grows together.
4. Departments: General Manager's Office, R&D, Sales, International Trade, Administration, Finance, Logistics, HR & Administration, and Manufacturing.
5. Career path: Sales Rep - Supervisor - Deputy Manager - Manager - Director (top performers can be promoted to Manager within six months).
6. Salary & benefits: CNY 15,000-30,000 (finalized after interview) + high commission + over-performance bonus; annual income CNY 300K-500K; five insurances and housing fund from day one; alternating six-day weeks.
7. Working hours: 8:30-12:00 / 13:30-18:00, alternating six-day weeks.

II. Responsibilities

1. Develop new customers and maintain existing ones within your assigned territory to achieve sales targets.
2. Understand company products and the market; report industry information and competitor updates promptly.
3. Learn and master product technologies and communication skills to provide professional support to customers.
4. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

III. Requirements

1. Full-time associate degree or above; must be a chemistry, materials science or polymer science major.
2. Sales experience in chemicals, coatings, inks, paints or adhesives is preferred.
3. Passionate about sales; proactive, driven and team-spirited, with strong communication skills and resilience under pressure.
4. Willing to travel; a driver's license is preferred.

III. Requirements

1. Full-time bachelor's degree. All three conditions below must be met — please do not apply otherwise!!
2. Must have the industry background above, and must be a graduate in chemistry, materials science or polymer science.
3. Five or more years of sales management experience in upstream raw materials for coatings, inks, adhesives, plastics or similar industries, with an existing customer base.
4. Team management skills required.

Additional Requirements

• Responsible, detail-oriented and resilient; strong learning, execution, communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel; a driver's license is preferred.
