Application Overview

Mainly applied in thermally conductive potting compounds, structural adhesives and silicone greases with specific thermal-conductivity requirements. With specialty silane treatment, the modification effect is maximized and the A/B component differentiation issue is resolved — a single powder can replace the practice of adding different powders to components A and B.
