🔥 Calcination Process Principle
Rubber-specific kaolin is a fine powder of aluminum silicate produced by controlling different calcination temperatures and dehydrating coal-bearing kaolin. The calcination temperature determines key parameters such as whiteness, particle size, and oil absorption value. Modified types undergo surface treatment on the basis of calcination to reduce oil absorption and improve dispersion, making them more suitable for specific applications.

Rubber-specific kaolin is a fine powder of aluminum silicate produced by controlling different calcination temperatures and dehydrating coal-bearing kaolin. This kaolin has low density, good dispersion performance, and high volume fraction after mixing, providing strengthening, increasing capacity, and reducing costs.
Kaolin can effectively improve the mechanical properties of rubber products (tensile strength, modulus, elongation at break), enhance the insulation and insulation retention of products, adjust hardness, and improve processing performance such as mixing, extrusion, and molding.
Modified kaolin undergoes surface treatment on the basis of calcination to reduce oil absorption and improve dispersion, making it more suitable for low-viscosity systems such as adhesives. HY-801A has a whiteness of up to 92, making it the preferred choice for insulation filling and high-whiteness applications.
